Useful MPF Binds Empty

I've decided to make a list of my binds that I've made.

bind n "say Citizen"
bind m "say Don't Move"

bind l "say /radio GHOST 04 moving to patrol District 1"
bind o "say /radio Ground Inspection Complete, returning to Nexus."

bind p "say Move Back"
bind 0 "say Get out"
bind 9 "say Isolate"

Some Numpad Binds:
1: Wall
2: First Warning
3: Second Warning
4: Final Warning
5: /me attempts to tie up the citizen.
6: .// Resist?
7. /roll
8. Citizen
9. Apply
0. You can go

Numpad Keys:
0 = KP_INS
1 = KP_END
2 = KP_DOWNARROW
3 = KP_PGDN
4 = KP_LEFTARROW
5 = KP_5
6 = KP_RIGHTARROW
7 = KP_HOME
8 = KP_UPARROW
9 = KP_PGUP
